Entry-Level Administrative Sales Position

Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and mail distribution

Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally

Maintain and update company databases and records

Assist with light accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial data entry

Support other departments as needed with clerical and administrative tasks

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 02 years of administrative experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Hands-on training and mentorship
