Role Overview
Provides direct patient care in acute care (Med-Surg) units, utilizing top-of-scope nursing practice, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities
Prioritizes wellness and evidence-based practice, models proficiency through precepting new staff, and contributes to safety and quality at the point of care.

Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or within three years of assuming the Charge RN role, RN licensure, at least 1 year of nursing experience, and BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
