Role & Responsibilities

Own Product Strategy and Roadmap for WGS NetOxygen Loan Origination System/Point of Sale System

Translate product strategy into a Product Roadmap from both an innovation and compliance perspective

Incubate innovative ideas and build differentiators

Represent WGS and lead the product team

Network with lenders, analysts, sales, and implementation teams to keep the roadmap at the cutting edge

Mentor a team of product managers to detail the roadmap for execution

Accountable for ROI on the product investments

Qualifications

Mandatory Skills: Program Management.

Experience: 8‑10 years.

Compensation & Benefits

Expected compensation ranges from $80,000 to $158,000. Final compensation will depend on geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. The role is eligible for Wipro's standard benefits, including medical, dental, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
