Dean of Students at Fridley Middle School

The essential purpose of the dean position is to assist students, their parents, the staff and community members in their involvement in the educational process.

This position is for the 2026-2027 school year.

Hold a baccalaureate degree from a college or university that is accredited

Minnesota Department of Education teaching license is required

School Counselor or Administrative Licensure preferred

Bargaining Unit: Teachers

BA, Step 1 at $51,599/yr to PhD, Step 17 at $111,313/yr, placement will vary depending on education and experience. View salary grid on the respective bargaining unit listed above, accessible via our Master Agreements page.
