The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily performance of the greeter and server teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Job Requirements for Service Manager II

High school diploma or equivalent

5+ years restaurant management experience in casual or upscale casual dining.

1+ years of restaurant lead or supervisory experience preferred
