Repair or replace MIG welder components, such as welding lead, regulators, diffusers, and welding tips.

Measure and record quality information.

Report and correct quality issues as assigned by Supervisor or Lead.

Actively participate in housekeeping requirements for the department.

Operate robotic welders to include basic troubleshooting and programming.

Perform part quality inspections using appropriate measuring device and gages.

Track and record downtime of weld cell during production run.

Stock components as necessary for daily activities.

Employee may also be requested to extended shift, work overtime, and /or weekends. Employee will work with solvents, oils and grease daily (gloves are required to protect hands and fingers)

Employee must be willing and able to abide by all safety policies.

Duties are performed primarily at a manufacturing setting and may expose employee to loud noise levels, extreme temperatures, chemical and fumes, and moving mechanical parts.

Work is completed in a non-climate-controlled plant environment and employee will have frequent interaction with managers and other employees.

Standard hazards within a manufacturing plant where safety precautions and personal protective equipment must be maintained all the time.
