The Role
Advise clients on bankruptcy filings, creditor rights, restructurings, and insolvency matters
Handle bankruptcy litigation, motions, adversary proceedings, and creditor committee work
Draft pleadings, briefs, and restructuring documents
Collaborate with partners on strategy and client counseling

Compensation
Base salary $225,000 – $270,000 (DOE)
Attractive bonus structure (hours-based): $77,500 at 1,850 hours; $20K–$60K at 2,000–2,200 hours; up to $120K at 2,500 hours

Must-Haves

• 2–3 years of relevant bankruptcy/creditor rights experience
• JD from a T20 law school

~ GPA 3.5+
