We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and collaborative Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who views their role as more than "just cleaning teeth." Deliver Outstanding Preventive Care: Perform thorough screenings, periodontal charting, be proficient in taking digital radiographs & intraoral images, and perform prophy and periodontal services using a Cavitron.
Own Your Space: Maintain clinical notes, practice exceptional sterilization and infection control protocols, and keep your operatory running smoothly.
An Empathetic Communicator: You have a talent for putting anxious patients at ease and translating complex dental concepts into easy-to-understand, actionable advice.
Detail-Oriented & Clinical: You hold yourself to high clinical standards and take pride in thorough, high-quality patient care.
Credentialed: You possess an active Illinois Dental Hygienist License, Local Anesthesia certification, and CPR certification.
Excellent hourly rate of $50-$55/+ a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Potential for commission bonuses.

CODA-accredited Associate degree in Dental Hygiene
Licensed Illinois dental hygienist
Knowledge of health and safety regulations (HIPAA, OSHA)
Maintaining dental equipment and preparing it for use
Software experience with Dentrix
50-55 Hourly Wage
