Always ensure consistency in quality and esthetics of maman’s dishes
Maintain safety standards while adhering to maman’s policies and procedures
You have line experience & are an experienced back of house professional with a sweet tooth for cookies
You have great kitchen skills
You know when to keep your head down and concentrate during a rush shift. Hospitality is your passion, you make a point of keeping up with the latest industry trends
