Nursing - Travel Telemetry RN

TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Stepdown for travel assignments in various healthcare facilities. The RN will provide high-level care to patients who are transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical or general care units. This role requires strong critical thinking, cardiac monitoring skills, and clinical expertise to support patients with complex and changing conditions.

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to stepdown unit patients.

Monitor cardiac rhythms, respiratory status, and other vital signs .

Assist with post-ICU recovery plans and continued stabilization .

Document nursing interventions, assessments, and care plans .

Educate patients and families on recovery expectations and home care .

Travel to different healthcare facilities based on assignment.

Graduate of an accredited RN nursing program .

Active RN license in the state of assignment or compact license.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of stepdown or progressive care experience preferred.

Skills: Strong assessment, telemetry monitoring, and patient care skills.

Travel Readiness: Willingness to take on travel assignments .
