Gotham Enterprises aims to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services with a focus on patient-centered care. Our small yet dedicated team consists of two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA), all committed to continual professional development and superior patient outcomes. We primarily serve patients with private medical insurance, ensuring a more personalized therapeutic experience.Work EnvironmentThis role is based onsite at our cutting-edge rehabilitation facility, where you will engage in hands-on therapy within a collaborative team setting. Our work environment promotes open communication and continuous learning, ensuring that staff remain updated on the latest treatment methodologies and innovations in physical therapy. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with a manageable patient load that facilitates effective care.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and establish personalized goals and treatment plans for patients, taking into account their individual needs and lifestyle.Manage a caseload of one patient per hour, allowing for thorough evaluations and treatment sessions.Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to implement effective treatment methods that enhance mobility and reduce pain.Develop a range of care plans that incorporate various treatment techniques such as therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.Encourage patients to pursue non-surgical alternatives and minimize reliance on medications by offering educational support and alternative therapies.Design and modify fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual rehabilitation needs, facilitating active participation in their recovery process.Document and track patient progress, ensuring accurate records of services provided and adjusting treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary group of healthcare professionals to foster holistic treatment approaches and integrated care.Patient Population / Client FocusYour primary focus will be on patients recovering from orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. By utilizing evidence-based therapy practices, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain confidence in their mobility and improve their quality of life.QualificationsMust hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.Active Physical Therapist license in Tennessee or eligibility to obtain one.Proficient in manual therapy techniques and designing individualized exercise programs based on patient assessments.Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as WebPT.Preferred ExperienceA minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting.Experience performing functional mobility assessments and developing comprehensive rehabilitation strategies.Successful history of motivating patients and fostering a supportive ambiance conducive to recovery.Compensation and BenefitsThe position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, coupled with a comprehensive benefits package that may include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities to support your professional growth.We provide ongoing training and encourage our therapists to pursue specialized certifications in areas such as sports therapy or orthopedic rehabilitation.
