Create Customized Treatment Strategies: Assess individual patient needs and design personalized therapy plans aimed at achieving functional success

Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and patient-centric care

Train patients and caregivers on therapy techniques to encourage ongoing progress at home

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational institution

Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required

NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandated
