Experienced Residential Plumbing Service Technician – Top Pay & No On-Call
Schedule: Full-time | 8–10 hour shifts | No On-Call | Overtime & weekends as needed

We’ve been serving Florida homes since 1977, and we’re growing fast. We’re building a team of elite, experienced plumbing service techs who take pride in their work, treat customers right, and want to be part of something bigger.
Earn $25–$35/hr base + bonuses on service and upsells. 2500 Sign-On Bonus and a free tool ( Specific tools only; Your personal time is yours. 8–10 hour shifts, predictable schedules, family-first culture

Diagnose, repair, and upgrade residential plumbing systems
Perform high-quality service work with professionalism and attention to detail
Complete accurate service tickets using mobile apps or standard forms
Follow safety codes and best practices in all repairs and installations
Minimum 3+ years of professional plumbing service experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
