Schedule: 5x8, Days (730a-430p or 8a-5p), No Weekends, No Major Holidays

The Schedule: Work a consistent shift with no on-call and no major holidays with a team that cares for 32 patients per day with a 8:1 patient to nurse ratio. Premier Clinical Training: Every new hire completes a 30+ hour virtual wound care certification course.
Triple Threat Skills: You will be fully cross-trained in Outpatient, Inpatient, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBO).
A Wound Care RN who excels in this role:
Provides patient care to Wound Care Center patients and handles patient intake and discharge processes in accordance with hospital and nursing standards.
Assists in vein clinic after receiving Healogics Vein Clinic training and performs hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBO) related duties upon completion of Healogics hyperbaric training.
Serves as a Case Manager to a group of patients. This entails performing the initial nursing assessment, communicating findings with the assigned physician, assessing the wound stage and measurements, documenting care plans, evaluating the patient' status in regards to desired outcomes, and identifying patient care situations that require intervention.
Functions as a Documentation Assistant (scribe) in accordance with Healogics policy.

Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license with Arizona endorsement and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of acute care or home health nursing preferred
