Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical Telemetry (MST) Job Type: Full-time | Days Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000 for eligible candidates Schedule: 3x12, Days (7a-7p), Rotating Weekends About the Team Havasu Regional Medical Center is part of Lifepoint Health, a nationwide healthcare delivery network. Our unit offers a premier environment to hone critical care skills and serves as a foundational stepping stone for future careers in Intermediate Care (IMC) or the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The unit operates with a favorable 1:6 patient ratio based on acuity, allowing focus on quality outcomes and professional growth. The Medical‑Surgical Department is a 40+ bed unit. Key Responsibilities Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. Document patient care, monitor patient condition, and communicate with the care team, physicians, patients, and families. Coordinate patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs. Advocate for the physical and emotional well‑being of patients. Qualifications Applicants must hold a current Arizona or Compact State RN license and possess an Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements: Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred.
