Somos una agencia familiar de salud en el hogar que presta servicios en el área metropolitana de Phoenix. Cuando se una a nosotros, contará con el apoyo de un equipo de profesionales de la salud calificados que se comprometen a brindar los más altos niveles de atención donde el paciente es lo primero.
Como enfermera, usted:
Proporcionar atención especializada y compleja para satisfacer las necesidades médicas / de enfermería de su paciente.
Educar y apoyar a la familia y al cuidador para que cumplan con los objetivos de atención personalizada.
Complete las evaluaciones integrales iniciales y continuas de las necesidades de su paciente.
Iniciar procedimientos apropiados de enfermería preventiva y de rehabilitación.
Apoyar las creencias culturales del paciente y de la familia.
Cualificaciones mínimas:
Licencia actual y libre de cargas (RN / LPN) a través de la Junta de Enfermería del Estado de Arizona, o Licencia Estatal Compacta comparable.
Dominio de las computadoras y uso de registros médicos electrónicos.
Licencia de conducir válida, con mantenimiento de un registro de manejo seguro y un automóvil que esté asegurado de acuerdo con los requisitos estatales.
Tarjeta válida de autorización de huellas dactilares AZ.
El puesto requiere viajes locales regulares para cumplir con las responsabilidades laborales e incluirá horas diurnas y nocturnas.
Familiaridad con las necesidades geriátricas (los ejemplos incluyen atención diabética, educación del paciente, cuidado de heridas, atención de ostomía y educación sobre seguridad en el hogar).
Se prefiere experiencia en Med/Surge, UCI y ER.
