Top Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Manager for our client located in the Borough Park area of Brooklyn, NY . This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for a bilingual HR professional with strong experience in payroll, recruiting, and HR operations within a service-based environment.

Bilingual HR Manager (Spanish)

Monday–Friday

Manage and process payroll accurately and efficiently

Oversee full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee support initiatives

Maintain HR records, policies, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations

Support compliance activities, including insurance and workers’ compensation audits

Handle employee relations matters and support day-to-day HR operations

Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)

Minimum of 2 years of HR experience

Payroll processing experience required

Recruiting experience required

Experience within a service-based industry preferred

Bachelor’s degree preferred
