Work a flexible schedule with hours that align with your availability!Potential shifts fall within the following hours of operation:Monday - Friday: 5am-6pmSaturday: 10am-3pm.Free membership to onsite fitness center and pool.Potential for discounted Lifeguard training course through the Red Cross.Responsible for monitoring and ensuring a safe and friendly environment for all the aquatic facility members and guests.Job Duties:Monitor and ensure safety and well-being of patrons using the aquatic facilities.Perform chemical testing and documents results for three bodies of water and a hot tub four times a day.Attend all required staff meetings and training.filling water machines; and inspecting the Aquatics Facility to ensure safe environment for members.Must be at least 16 years old.Current American Red Cross Lifeguarding with CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid certification. *Site may be able to provide Lifeguard certification training at discounted rate.Meet HealthFitness Fitness and Skill standards.Be dependable, alert and able to interact with people of all ages in a positive manner with strong customer service skills.Computer proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook; and working knowledge of the member management system, databases, and tools.Brand: HealthFitnessHealthFitness is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our people and our business.
