Automotive Sales Associate
We are a leading automotive dealership committed to providing an exceptional car-buying and service experience. We provide a positive, professional work environment, aggressive pay plans with career advancement opportunities, and the best training in the industry.
As an Automotive Sales Associate you will interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase. Your goal is to create the best vehicle-buying experience to make lifelong customers. You will be trained on the specific products we offer and their benefits to our customers.
Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers.
Follow-up with previous and prospective customers using store specific management systems.
Attend product and training courses.
Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
Automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Computer competency and basic math skills.
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
