LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a thriving boutique civil defense law firm in the heart of downtown Nashville’s central business district to identify a talented Litigation Paralegal with blended legal administrative responsibilities. This is a fully onsite, full‑time opportunity supporting a fast‑paced, high‑volume practice. Provide end‑to‑end litigation and administrative support in civil defense matters

Draft, proofread, format, and manage pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and litigation documents

Assist with discovery processes, including document review, organization, and production

Support billing‑related tasks, including time entries and matter organization

Perform legal administrative functions such as professional client communication, document preparation, and coordination with courts and opposing counsel

S. law firm environment

Solid understanding of litigation workflows, court rules, and filing requirements

Background in insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, or similar civil defense practice area is highly preferred; complex commercial, healthcare liability, and labor & employment defense practice areas will also be considered

Civil defense litigation paralegals and legal assistants with some billing experience are encouraged to apply
