Sales Closer for Real Estate Company

Job Description Bryant Title: owned by William Raveis Real Estate (WRRE) the #1 family-owned real estate company in the Northeast and Florida offering Real Estate, Mortgage, Insurance, and Title services. In this position, our ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the real estate closing process.
Schedule Real Estate closings with all parties including attorneys and lenders.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a title insurance agency
Review/audit loan documentation to ensure all underwriting conditions have been met.
Prepare closing documents or prepare investors fee invoice.
Coordinating funding of the loan with accounting and/or Lender.
3) years’ experience with a title company or law firm handling real estate transactions.
- Proficiency in Qualia software but will train.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Position requires individual to sit mostly at a desk, answering phone with some bending, reaching, walking, and occasional squatting. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm with regular and predictable attendance.
