OverviewThe Director of Scheduling is a strategic leader responsible for advancing MasTec Renewables’ scheduling capabilities and driving operational excellence across all business units. As a key member of the Project Controls leadership team, this role provides vision, governance, and leadership for all scheduling and planning functions. The Director partners with executive and operational leaders to improve project execution, enhance predictability, and deliver measurable business results. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing organization, champion process and technology improvements, establish best-in-class practices, and deliver accurate, actionable schedule intelligence.
