Full Time Litigation Paralegal

Houston (Galleria Area) | Full-Time | Onsite A well-established boutique, full-service law firm in Houston's Galleria area is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join its growing team. This role supports attorneys through all phases of plaintiff personal injury litigation and offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial

Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel

Obtain, review, and organize medical records, billing records, wage loss documentation, and other damages evidence

Draft pleadings, discovery, demand packages, correspondence, and settlement documents

Coordinate treatment updates and track client progress throughout the case lifecycle

Assist with mediation, deposition, and trial preparation

Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and litigation schedules

Review and summarize medical records and discovery materials

File pleadings in Texas state and federal courts

Coordinate lien resolution and settlement disbursements

Qualifications 10+ years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience

Strong knowledge of Texas personal injury litigation procedures and deadlines

Experience with catastrophic injury, trucking, premises liability, wrongful death, or other complex litigation matters preferred

Strong drafting, organizational, and case management skills

Familiarity with medical terminology, records review, and billing analysis

Trial preparation experience preferred

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software

Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining exceptional client service
