As a Sales Route Manager , you'll be part of a high-energy, team-driven environment where hard work pays off — literally. You'll spend the summer traveling with your team to one of our active markets, meeting homeowners face-to-face, and helping them choose premium pest-control services that keep their homes safe and clean.

This is a door-to-door, direct-sales position — ideal for competitive, outgoing, and ambitious individuals ready to take control of their income and their future.

Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods.

Educate customers on benefits, pricing, and treatment options.

Generate new accounts and help meet or exceed sales goals.

Participate in daily team meetings, training sessions, and field mentoring.

Travel and live with your team in a designated summer sales area.

Willingness to travel and live away from home for the summer (May–August).

Prior sales or door-to-door experience is a plus but not required.
