PHARMACIST | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

Location: Warwick RI 02888 - 100% on-site
Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM
Possibility of working 1-2 evening shifts per week (1:30 PM-10:00 PM)

PHARMACIST | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, counseling patients, and ensuring safe, compliant pharmacy operations. This role collaborates with healthcare providers, supervises pharmacy support staff, and helps deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining all regulatory and quality standards.
This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

PHARMACIST | RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with applicable regulations. Educate patients on the proper use of medical devices such as blood pressure monitors and glucose meters. Supervise and support pharmacy technicians, interns, and pharmacy support staff. Maintain pharmacy inventory and ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.

PHARMACIST | REQUIREMENTS :

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required. Active Pharmacist license issued by the applicable State Board of Pharmacy. Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, medication therapy, and patient counseling. Ability to work onsite and support occasional evening shifts.
