Provide an exceptional To-Go experience for every Guest from taking both phone and walk-in orders, ringing the orders in the Point of Sale system, packaging the items, cashing the guest out and ensuring all orders are on-time and accurate.
Understands and accurate uses the POS (point of sale) system to clock-in/out, to process/input orders and complete end of shift procedures
Previous To-Go, Host or restaurant experience preferred
Reading, writing, basic math and effective communication skills required
English language and professional communication skills are required
Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge
Mobility required during the entire shift
Ability to lift food bags and trays weighing up to 20 pounds
