Swiss CNC Programmer
Shifts: A‑Shift and C‑Shift available
A growing precision manufacturing company is seeking a hands‑on Swiss CNC Programmer / CNC Process Engineer to support CNC programming, sets‑up, troubleshooting, and process improvement in a tight‑tolerance machining environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys more than just programming and who can improve machining processes, support production, work closely with operators, and help drive quality and efficiency on the floor.
Program and support Swiss‑style CNC lathe operations
Assist with setups, prove‑outs, troubleshooting, and production support
Work closely with production and quality teams on tight‑tolerance parts
Support operators with process improvements and best practices
Help reduce downtime, scrap, and inefficiencies through hands‑on problem solving
3+ years of Swiss CNC lathe programming experience
CAD/CAM programming experience; Experience with tooling, speeds, feeds, and process improvement
Aerospace, medical, automotive, or precision manufacturing background preferred
