Head of Marketing and Advertising

KORELIMITED is hiring a Chief Marketing Officer to lead marketing across its growing portfolio of brands, including T1 and GolfBuddy.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving growth, performance, and brand strategy across multiple e-commerce businesses. We are looking for a builder-operator — someone who can think strategically but is equally comfortable executing, launching campaigns, managing ads, and optimizing performance day-to-day.
Overview The CMO will own the full marketing ecosystem across the portfolio, including paid acquisition, Amazon channel management, lifecycle marketing, creative direction, and conversion optimization.
A core focus of this role is building a rigorous A/B testing culture across every channel — ads, landing pages, email/SMS, Amazon listings, and offers — with the goal of continuously improving ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing (Paid Media)
Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms
Test creatives, hooks, audiences, offers, and landing pages continuously
Work closely with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets

Amazon Channel Management & Ads
Own Amazon marketing strategy across portfolio brands
Manage Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP where applicable)
Optimize product listings (SEO, images, pricing strategy, conversion rate)
Monitor inventory, rankings, and marketplace performance
A/B Testing & Optimization (Core Focus)
Build a structured experimentation system across all marketing channels
Create a testing-first culture where decisions are driven by data, not opinion

Lifecycle Marketing
Improve repeat purchase rate, LTV, and customer engagement
Build segmented and personalized customer journeys

Brand & Creative Direction
Define and evolve brand positioning across multiple brands in the portfolio
Guide creative strategy for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal drops
Ensure consistency between brand identity and performance marketing output

Own key marketing KPIs across all brands (ROAS, CAC, MER, CVR, LTV, revenue growth)
Identify new growth opportunities across channels and customer segments
Translate performance data into clear, actionable strategy

Build and manage a high-performance marketing team
Work cross-functionally with operations, product, and fulfillment teams
Set systems, goals, and accountability frameworks across brands

8+ years in marketing, growth, or performance marketing (DTC/e-commerce strongly preferred)

• Strong Amazon Ads + marketplace management experience (required)
• Deep understanding of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and act quickly
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and modern lifecycle tools (e.g., Culture We operate as a tight-knit, high-accountability team across all brands in the KORELIMITED portfolio.
