This is an opportunity to become an important part of a plaintiff personal injury team where your work matters. A boutique plaintiff personal injury law firm in Dallas is seeking an experienced Plaintiff PI Paralegal to join its fully in-office team.

This role will handle both paralegal and legal secretary responsibilities and support files from inception through settlement, judgment, or trial. The ideal candidate is confident managing pre-litigation and litigation files, highly organized, proactive, and compassionate with clients.

Manage plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through settlement, judgment, or trial

Handle both pre-litigation and litigation files

Draft correspondence, demands, pleadings, discovery, and other case-related documents

Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, police reports, and supporting documentation

Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Maintain deadlines, litigation calendars, and organized case files

Provide day-to-day legal secretary support as needed

Prior plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience required

Experience handling both pre-litigation and litigation matters

Strong drafting, organization, calendar management, and client communication skills

Must be comfortable working fully in office in Dallas

Bilingual English/Spanish, spoken and written, is a plus
