CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal for a Dallas-based legal services client. This role supports complex litigation matters through all phases of a case, from intake through trial preparation and resolution. What You'll Do * Manage cases from start to finish * Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and demand packages * Handle e-filing and court communications * Organize medical records, reports, and case documentation * Track deadlines and litigation milestones * Assist with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation What We're Looking For * 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience * Plaintiff-side personal injury experience preferred * Strong drafting and legal writing skills * Experience managing cases independently * Trial preparation experience is a plus * Exceptional attention to detail and organization Why You'll Love It * $80K-$95K base salary + bonus * 100% employer-paid health insurance for employees and dependents * 401(k), PTO, and strong benefits package * Stable, long-term opportunity with a tenured team * Work on quality cases-not high-volume case files Schedule: Monday-Friday, Onsite
