Gainvaluable leadership, communication, professional developmentskills, and network with faculty, staff, and industryprofessionals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Campus Tours & Events: Lead engaging individual andgroup campus tours, open houses, student panels/workshops, studentservices events.

Visitor Welcome Center: Welcome visitors and students,answer phone calls, and questions.

Administrative Tasks: Provide office support, which mayinclude data entry, preparing information packets, and generaloffice organization.

Community Awareness Events - Collaborate with ourrecruiting department to represent the college at community events;requires a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Current Enrollment - Be a currently enrolled student atSt. Charles Community College; maintain enrollment of a minimum of6 credit hours for the fall & spring semester.

Academic Standing - Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of2.5 throughout the employment period.

Communication Skills - via phone, email, and socialmedia with prospective students.

Attitude & Professionalism - An outgoing, positive,and professional demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others andwork collaboratively as part of a team.

Dependability - Demonstrated reliability, initiative,and the ability to follow through and complete tasksindependently.

Flexibility - Ability to work on a flexible schedule,including evenings and weekends, to support various events.

Attending training sessions and team meetings.
