Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (overtime opportunities available)

Temp-to-Hire (Conversion after 480 hours)

A growing disaster restoration and construction company specializing in water, fire, and mold remediation, reconstruction, and contents restoration. With 24/7 emergency response services, they help homeowners and businesses recover quickly after property damage. The Client Experience Specialist serves as a key point of contact for homeowners throughout the restoration process. This role supports the Call Center and Claims teams by coordinating communication between clients, insurance adjusters, vendors, and internal field crews while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Enter and maintain accurate job information in company systems

Communicate project timelines, services, and next steps to customers

Assist with claims coordination and related paperwork

Follow up with clients and leads to keep projects moving forward

Serve as a professional and compassionate resource during stressful situations

Strong customer service and communication skills

Comfortable learning new software and technology

Prior customer service, call center, administrative, or office experience preferred

Able to work occasional mandatory overtime
