We're looking for a warm, outgoing, and tech-savvy Receptionist who loves helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating memorable customer experiences.

As the face of our dealership, you'll be more than just the person answering phones. You'll be the welcoming smile that sets the tone for every customer visit and helps deliver the premium experience our guests expect from Cadillac.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Manage a busy multi-line phone system and direct calls efficiently

Assist customers in locating the appropriate department or team member

Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone

Help maintain a polished, organized, and inviting showroom environment

Handle customer concerns with patience, professionalism, and integrity

Support various administrative and customer service functions as needed

Experience using a multi-line phone system is required

Strong customer service and communication skills

Comfortable using computers and modern technology

Previous receptionist, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a required
