We are seeking a Full-Cycle Closer Representative who can confidently manage the entire sales process—from first contact to signed contract .

This is a hands-on, field-based role that combines sales, inspections, and customer relationship management . You will meet homeowners face-to-face, perform roof inspections, guide them through their options, and close deals with confidence.

This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, coachable, and ready to take ownership of their success —whether you’re experienced in roofing sales or looking to break into the industry with the right mindset.

Conduct in-person consultations and roof inspections

Educate homeowners on roofing solutions, materials, and project scope

Guide clients through insurance claims (when applicable) and next steps

Close deals and ensure a seamless transition to project execution

Field & Inspection Responsibilities

Take measurements, photos, and document project details

Ability to operate as a full-cycle closer (from prospecting to closing)

Must own or have reliable access to a personal vehicle capable of storing a folding ladder (SUV, truck, or similar)

Strong customer-facing communication skills (in-person, phone, and virtual/Zoom)

Reliable, consistent, and able to follow a structured sales process

Safety-minded with strict adherence to ladder and roofing safety protocols

Open to entry-level or early-career candidates with strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Prior experience in sales, roofing, construction, or customer-facing roles is a plus

You take ownership of your results and don’t need constant supervision

You’re comfortable being both hands-on in the field and strategic in sales conversations
