Work Hours: Full-time, Day Shift (36 hours/week); three 12-hour shifts from 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
Central Staffing department for 833-bed MAGNET facility
Level I Trauma Center

Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team
Education:
~Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required; 1-year experience as a registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required

RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required

• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support - prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training - within 90 days of hire Required
• Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process
• plans the care of the patient
• Incorporates age specific safety/infection control measures into patient care.
• Maintains continuity of patient care inter-shift, inter-hospital, and while expediting out of hospital transfers
