We are seeking a Family Practice Physician who values teamwork, connection, and compassionate care. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all agesfrom newborns to seniorssupported by an experienced, multidisciplinary care team and leadership committed to your success and well-being.
Providing preventive care and patient education to promote long-term wellness.
Collaborating with our integrated care team to ensure coordinated, seamless patient experiences.
Managing medications in partnership with our on-site clinical pharmacists.
Maintaining accurate documentation within the EPIC electronic health record system.
Contributing to quality improvement and professional development initiatives.
Exceptional Retention: The average length of service for our physicians is 5 years and 4 months, reflecting a stable, supportive, and rewarding work culture.
High nursing and MA-to-provider ratios, two on-site clinical pharmacists, and dedicated EHR "elbow support."
Collaborative Environment: Work closely with on-site Behavioral Health, Orthopedics, Dermatology, and Chronic Pain Management.
Certified Diabetes Education, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Dedicated Immunization RN Specialist, Drive-through Anti-Coag management, and Population Health and Preventative Health team. Compensation Structure
This means physicians earn a productivity bonus even when meeting the standard schedule expectation, with the opportunity for uncapped additional income by increasing patient volume (up to 22 per day).

Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
Active and unrestricted Washington State medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
Current DEA registration and BLS certification.
