Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Physical Therapist with strong orthopedic and sports medicine experience to join an established outpatient physical and occupational therapy practice in Sequim, Washington.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care and have a strong interest in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, and one-on-one patient treatment.

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings

• Provide one-on-one patient care through 45-60-minute appointments

• Perform physical therapy evaluations, treatments, and progress assessments

• Develop and update plans of care and treatment goals

• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and home exercise programs

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals

• Participate in continuing education and professional development

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Active and unrestricted Washington State Physical Therapist license

• Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

• Strong orthopedic and/or sports medicine experience preferred

• Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

• New graduates with strong orthopedic interests may be considered

• Full-time schedule of 32-40 hours per week

• Flexible scheduling

• No weekends

• No on-call requirements

• In-person outpatient setting

• Mentorship available from experienced clinicians

• $95,000-$105,000 annual salary
