Front Desk Agent Are you passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences? Residence Inn by Marriott Oahu Kapolei is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our full-time hotel team. If you have experience in hotels, resorts, or customer-facing roles and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you!

Greet guests and provide warm, professional customer service
Register guests, assign rooms, and explain hotel amenities and services
Handle cash transactions accurately and follow hotel policies
Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
Assist with the hotel market, including stocking, sales, and inventory as needed
Ensure accurate billing and guest account reconciliation
Prior hospitality, hotel front desk, or customer service experience preferred
Basic computer skills (property management systems a plus)
Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals
Work for a trusted Marriott brand
