Competitive Pay: $34 per hour
Shift differentials offered for evenings ($1.00), nights ($2.00), and weekend ($4.00) shifts!

Schedule: Per Diem | Day, evening, and night shifts available with flexibility to control your own schedule
Cover open shifts as assigned and agreed upon
Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to residents
Complete appropriate documentation to support continuity of care
Conduct regular rounds on residents to provide consistent, individualized support
Build meaningful connections with residents and collaborate with team members to provide care
Age 18 years of age or older

• Current and active New Jersey LPN license (required)
• 1+ years of experience in memory care, assisted living, or healthcare setting (required)
