Job Summary We are seeking a Line Cook to join the team at our busy restaurant.
Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and assemble falafel, shawarma, kebab and all other menu items according to Falafel Stop recipes and standards
Slice, chop and portion vegetables, proteins and toppings for the line
Prepare sauces, dips and spreads
Fry falafel balls and other fried items to order using proper equipment and safety procedures
Warm and portion pita bread to order
Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Serve Safe or Food Handler’s Certification required
Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
