Make a Difference in the Lives of Older Adults

Join our PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) team as a Medical Assistant and help provide compassionate, participant-centered care that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life for frail and elderly adults.

Perform triage, vital signs, weights, and nursing assessments.

Administer and document medications, immunizations, EKGs, laboratory specimen collection, and CLIA-waived testing as directed.

Monitor participant health and report changes to the care team.

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

Support front office operations, including participant check-in, phone calls, and scheduling assistance.

Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supply inventories.

Follow infection control, safety, quality assurance, and regulatory standards.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program.

Medical Assistant certification required (preferred in states where not mandated).

Experience in long-term care, geriatrics, or community-based healthcare is a plus.

Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
