Job Description Front of House – Josiah’s Coffeehouse and Cafe
Are you looking for a fun, flexible position in a bustling downtown cafe? Josiah’s Coffeehouse and Cafe is hiring full-time Front of House team members!
Josiah’s is a popular spot for delicious breakfast and lunch fare, scratch-made bakery treats, and handcrafted espresso drinks. As a member of our Front of House team, you’ll help create memorable moments for our guests every day.
Run food orders, clear tables, & help maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Take orders for our guests at the cash register
- Craft espresso beverages & more as a barista
- Competitive hourly pay (full time wage + tips)
- Health, vision, and dental benefits for full-time staff
- Flexible scheduling (ideal for parents or college students)
- Availability for Saturday and Sunday shifts (weekends are a must)
- No experience required, we are happy to train!
