State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and record residents’ vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents
Assist with feeding and ensure residents’ comfort during mealtime
Help residents with toileting and incontinence care
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents
Work collaboratively with the nursing and healthcare team to provide excellent care
State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) Qualifications:
Active STNA certification in Ohio
Previous experience in a long‑term care or healthcare setting preferred
Ability to provide compassionate, patient‑centered care
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
