Primary Care Physician - Concierge Medicine

Private Medical has spent the last 20 years creating a new category of concierge medicine — private medicine— by designing a system that honors the relationship between patients, physicians, and each member of the care team.
Based in California, New York, and Florida our physician-led teams work in concert with our Gynecologist, Naturopathic Medicine Doctor, curated local specialists, elite medical centers, and specialists around the world, to provide relationship focused, evidence-based, longitudinal care to our members/patients and their families. Private Medical is, by design, privately held and free from any conflicts of interests.
In this role you will work within a high-quality, highly communicative/collaborative, and team-based architecture to oversee the comprehensive health and well-being of patients. Physicians will participate in regular huddles with their team to proactively identify health care issues and orchestrate a plan of care with the assistance of their team and the support of an entire organization.

Provide well checks and house calls
Be available after-hours by phone for patient communication and care
Track and review normal physical development as well as psychological well-being
Establish an outstanding relationships with and lead a team comprised of a Registered Nurse and Patient Care Administrator
Create personalized reports for patients to help them and the team navigate their health goals and care
Graduate of four-year accredited medical school
Medical Training: Complete residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Medicine-Pediatrics program
Preference: Work experience includes longitudinal primary care. Have trained or worked in an academic medical center
Advanced computer literacy, primarily with iOS
Experience with EHR-based medical record keeping
Proven track record of providing extraordinary patient care and customer service
High emotional intelligence and ability to create and maintain relationships

Initial Conversation with our Chief Medical Officer
This conversation is an opportunity for us to learn more about your clinical experience, approach to patient care, career goals, and what you're looking for in your next opportunity. It's also a chance for you to learn more about Private Medical, our physician model, culture, and the role itself.
Selected candidates will meet with our CEO and one of our Co-Founders to discuss the broader vision of Private Medical, our commitment to exceptional patient care, and the values that guide our organization. This conversation is designed to explore mutual alignment around leadership, culture, growth, and what it means to practice medicine in a highly personalized care model.
We believe physician recruitment is a collaborative process. Finalists will be invited to spend time onsite with members of our care team, including physicians, registered nurses, and patient care administrators. This visit provides an opportunity to experience our practice environment firsthand, observe how our teams collaborate, and gain a deeper understanding of the Private Medical model and culture.
