Role Description The Senior Brand Strategist is a fractional, remote role. This role is responsible for developing and refining Honestas' brand strategy across defense, government, and environmental innovation portfolios, ensuring consistency and clarity in positioning, messaging, and visual identity. The Senior Brand Strategist will lead brand discovery and insights gathering, translate complex service offerings into clear value propositions, and create frameworks that guide marketing, business development, and stakeholder communications. Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams, developing brand narratives and guidelines, overseeing brand implementation across channels, and monitoring brand performance to inform ongoing optimization. The role also involves supporting proposal teams and client-facing initiatives with strategic brand storytelling that aligns with mission, regulatory environments, and long-term sustainability goals.

Ability to develop and execute comprehensive brand strategy, including Brand Strategy and Brand Development skills.

Experience in managing and evolving brand identity systems, demonstrating strong Branding and Brand Management capabilities.

Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to use data and market insights to inform brand positioning and strategy.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Comfort working on-site in the Greater Lexington Area and collaborating with diverse teams and partners in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
