RN Registered Nurse | Telemetry (MORNINGS)

About This Role As an RN in the fast-paced 5NE Telemetry Unit at Cleveland Clinic Martin North Hospital, you will provide direct nursing care and interact with patients of all ages and health conditions. Schedule: Per Diem, Day shift

What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care.

Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans.

Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions.

Administer prescribed medications and treatments.

Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.

Educate patients and their families.

Requirements Education:

Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program) required.

Experience:

One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience required.

Licenses & Certifications:

Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross required.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or ALS American Red Cross certification upon hire or within first year of employment preferred.
