Litigation Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation Location: Madison, WI

Position Overview Our client is seeking a motivated and collaborative Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Madison, Wisconsin office. The ideal candidate will have strong civil litigation experience and an interest or experience in Trusts & Estates litigation.
This role provides the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys on a variety of litigation matters while developing independent client relationships and business development skills.
Practice Areas Trusts & Estates Litigation
Contract Disputes
General Civil Litigation
Key Responsibilities Assist senior attorneys with a variety of civil litigation matters.
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Handle discovery, including drafting and responding to written discovery.
Stay current on relevant legal developments and litigation practices.
D. from an accredited law school.
5 years of litigation experience preferred.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
Strong interest in developing a long‑term litigation practice in the Madison area.
Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is an experienced civil litigator who is comfortable handling complex matters and working collaboratively with senior attorneys. Trusts & Estates litigation experience is highly desirable, but candidates with strong experience in business, contract, real estate, construction, or other civil litigation matters may also be considered.
