YAH Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced HHA or CNA with hands-on Parkinson’s care experience to join our team in East Boca Raton, FL .

We are looking for a caregiver who understands the unique needs of individuals living with Parkinson’s disease and can provide patient, attentive, and personalized one-on-one care in a private home setting.

If you are experienced with Parkinson’s care, reliable, and passionate about helping clients maintain their comfort, dignity, safety, and independence , we would love to hear from you.

We currently have opportunities available for both day and night shifts .

As a caregiver, your responsibilities may include:

Providing personalized care and support for a client living with Parkinson’s disease

Providing safe mobility assistance, including transfers, walking, repositioning, and fall prevention

Providing patient assistance during periods of stiffness, slowed movement, or difficulty with mobility

Encouraging independence while providing appropriate hands-on assistance when needed

Providing companionship, reassurance, and emotional support

Observing and reporting changes in the client's mobility, behavior, condition, or overall well-being

Performing light housekeeping related to client care, including laundry and maintaining the client's immediate living area

Following the client's individualized care plan and established routines

Communicating professionally with the client, family members, and care team

Valid Florida CNA license OR HHA certificate

Ability to work independently and follow an established care plan

Previous one-on-one experience in a private home setting
