HR Generalist - Recruiting & Employee Engagement

You have a ground‑floor opportunity to mold an HR Generalist role for a multi‑site animal nutrition business. The HR Generalist will partner with the corporate HR team to manage recruiting, onboarding, retention, compliance, reporting, and other HR functions.
Recruitment and onboarding: create job postings; manage hiring process and full‑cycle onboarding with HRIS.
analyze turnover via HRIS reports.
Employee engagement: support regular surveys and feedback forms; HR metrics and reporting: run headcount, new‑hire, absenteeism, turnover, time‑to‑fill, time‑to‑productivity reports; update monthly reporting for VP of HR.
Employee relations: serve as point of contact for employee issues; address complaints; Policy implementation: develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements.
Training & development: coordinate training programs for employees at all levels.
Experience: 1-3 years as an HR Admin, Coordinator, or Generalist; must have demonstrated HR experience (internship acceptable).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
HR certification (preferred but not required).
