We bring the patients to you - steady referrals through our agency partner network
IHT Clinical Excellence Bonus - earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume
Mileage reimbursement - plus tools to reduce windshield time
Tablet, data plan, and supplies provided
Paid training and ongoing mentorship
Concierge-level clinical and administrative support
Provide home care therapy under the supervision of a PT
Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
Full-time assistants typically complete 28 or more visits per week, with most completing around 30
Part-time: visit expectations are flexible; most part-time assistants complete 15 or more visits per week
Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
Active PTA license in good standing
Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
